Eligibility for Refunds:

We offer refunds within 30 days of the initial purchase. To be eligible for a refund, customers must meet the following criteria:

  • The request for a refund must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase.
  • The customer must provide a valid reason for the refund request.
  • The customer must have attempted to resolve the issue with our support team before requesting a refund.

Non-Eligible Refunds:

We do not offer refunds for the following:

  • Subscription renewals after the initial purchase
  • Upgrades or additional services purchased after the initial purchase
  • Products purchased from third-party vendors or resellers

Refund Process:

To request a refund from CMS Signage, customers must contact our support team by submitting a ticket or email. The request must include the following information:

  • The customer's name and email address used to make the purchase
  • The order number or transaction ID
  • A brief explanation of why the customer is requesting a refund
  • Any additional information or documentation that supports the refund request

Our support team will review the request and respond within 5 business days. If the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.


We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we determine that the request does not meet our eligibility criteria. We may also make exceptions to this policy in the following circumstances:

  • Our software product is not functioning as intended, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame.
  • Our software product is no longer available or supported.
  • The customer experiences unforeseen circumstances, such as a medical emergency or a natural disaster, that prevent them from using our software product.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
